Step-by-step process

1. Requirement intake (15-30 minutes)

A dedicated team lead reviews the job description with you clarifying tech stack, must-have skills, visa restrictions, and budget. Internal alignment call with the pod team follows immediately.

2. Targeted sourcing (0-2 hours)

Recruiters activate sourcing across LinkedIn Premium, Dice, Monster, Indeed, ZoomInfo, our internal ATS, and 50,000+ social followers. Niche pipelines and referral networks are engaged immediately.

3. Screening & technical match (Same day)
