Project Manager/Business Analyst 

Duration: 12+ months

Start Date: by August 15^th

Location: 100% remote

Profile:

• Solid BA – can handle project management/self starter
  • Senior level – almost at PM level being able to pick up those skills and still be in the weeds/provide analysis
    • Cannot be a PM who only wants to manage tasks (they will need to be participating in solving problems)
    • Can also be the hard-charge A+ BA who can learn the PM stuff
• Experience working with commercial software (doesn’t need to be real estate software but great if so)
  • • Examples of commercial software:
      • Yardi is one – it does cap exp, G/L, lease management, etc
      • CAMRA is another – they use this for all of their investment accounting
      • Document management software
      • Software that is specific to the business within the business (more industry specific)
        • Identifying software packages, then implementing those packages (configs, migrate/establish data, build customizations, etc)
        • This person may do some configuration but not the main focus/expectations – this is part of the participation section he referenced
  • How to get configured
  • How things map to the business concerns
  • Yardi is great but not at all required --- just needs the strong BA first
• Can manage the details that come with the project
  • Interact with vendor, get requirements, liaison with the business
