Position Summary

The SPE Platform Integration & Health Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, integrity, health, and operational visibility of multiple cybersecurity platforms and integrations. This role focuses on validating data flows, health checks, telemetry, API integrations, collector performance, platform monitoring, and operational automation. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform health monitoring frameworks.
• Create health checks for integrations, APIs, connectors, collectors, scans, and telemetry pipelines.
• Build dashboards showing platform availability, failures, stale data, and operational metrics.
• Validate Armis, VIPR, Zafran, Tenable, and Wiz integrations.
• Investigate data quality issues and reconciliation exceptions.
• Monitor authentication, SSO, ingestion, publishing, and normalization failures.
• Develop automation for coverage reporting and operational monitoring.
• Support integration troubleshooting and recovery validation.
• Create operational runbooks and knowledge transfer materials.
• Partner with platform owners to improve reliability and observability.

Required Experience

• 2-6 years of security platform engineering or integration support experience.
• Experience with at least one of the following: Wiz, Tenable, Armis-VIPR, or Zafran.
• Experience troubleshooting APIs and platform integrations.
• Scripting experience with Python or PowerShell.
• Experience developing operational dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
