Sr Product Manager, PIM
• Support the PIM data readiness and migration workstream by helping define priorities, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Partner with business and technology teams to document product data needs, attribute requirements, taxonomy considerations, and process dependencies.
• Help assess current product data conditions and identify gaps related to completeness, consistency, and readiness for migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data cleanup, standardization, and alignment activities needed for PIM implementation.
• Work with Engineering, Data, and Integration partners to help document mappings, business rules, transformation requirements, and validation needs.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support the development of workflows and process guidelines that improve clarity, consistency, and handoffs across teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during testing, issue triage, migration preparation, and rollout activities.
• Track key milestones, dependencies, risks, and open questions across the workstream, escalating as needed.
Top Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in product management, business systems, business analysis, or a related role supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working on enterprise system implementations or enhancements involving PIM or MDM.
• Strong background in retail, eCommerce or merchandising industries.
• Familiarity with product data concepts, system workflows, and migration or implementation support activities.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and comfort working through process, data, and systems-related issues.
• Exposure to migration planning, validation, reconciliation, or testing activities.
• Familiarity with product taxonomy, catalog structure, attributes, and digital merchandising workflows.
