Required Technical Skills

•    Container Orchestration: 3+ years of production experience managing Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x preferred) and Kubernetes.

•    Operating Systems: Strong background in Linux Administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux CoreOS (RHCOS).

•    Automation & Scripting: Proficiency with configuration management tools (Ansible) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).

•    Networking & Cloud: Deep understanding of software-defined networking (SDN), Service Mesh (Istio), ingress controllers, and cloud infrastructure ([AWS / Azure / GCP / Bare-Metal]).

•    DevOps Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with container tools (Docker, Podman) and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

•    5+ years of total experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role.

•    Strong communication skills with a track record of supporting software development teams.

Preferred Certifications

•    Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (or Certified Kubernetes Administrator - CKA)

•    Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Application Development (or CKAD)

•    Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
