Must-Have Requirements

• Senior Product Designer, UX Designer, or UX Architect with strong product design experience
• Experience working across multiple product lines, platforms, or product teams
• Strong experience with design systems, platform experiences, and shared customer-facing capabilities
• Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys across web and mobile platforms
• Strong Design Thinking and user research background
• Experience leveraging research, competitive analysis, and data to drive design decisions
• Proven ability to influence Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple competing priorities
• Ability to operate independently and effectively in ambiguous environments
• Leadership and mentoring experience within design organizations
• Strong partnership experience with Product Management and Engineering teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align design solutions to business objectives and product strategy
