Previous notes:

• The manager prefers candidates with stable work history and generally does not like to see employment gaps or short-term tenure on resumes.
• Ideally, they are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of experience, While they have interviewed candidates with more experience, there are concerns that those individuals may become bored in this environment/flight risk
• This is considered a "high risk role" candidates will have to have a strong credit background

• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience providing Level 1 desktop and end-user support in a professional environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader IT Operations team
• Strong organizational skills, ownership, and follow-through
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization

Experience supporting the following technologies and applications is highly desirable:

• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• ServiceNow
• Microsoft Intune / mobile device management
• Multifunction printers and print management solutions
• Audio/Visual and conference room technologies
• iOS and Android mobile devices
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

In addition, candidates should be comfortable supporting onsite employees, conference room technology, hardware deployments, executive support needs, onboarding activities, and general desk-side support requests.
