Role Overview
This is the senior performance engineering position for North America and serves as the deputy to the practice leader. The person will lead client conversations around performance engineering, shape and scope of engagements, and take primary responsibility for building the offerings and IP that the practice sells.
Digital experience and UX performance are also important areas, including Core Web Vitals, RUM, perceived performance, and the connection to accessibility.
Key Responsibilities

Offering & IP Creation: Develop offering narratives, taxonomies, accelerators, maturity models, and capability materials from scratch.

Client Advisory: Lead performance strategy, architecture reviews, engagement oversight, and escalations.

Pipeline & Solutioning: Support presales, RFPs, scoping, estimating, and account expansion.

Delivery Ownership: Provide technical direction, reviews, escalation support, and people management.
Must-Have Experience
-
Strong hands-on performance engineering expertise covering workload modeling, test strategy, bottleneck analysis, and tuning across application, database, and infrastructure layers.

Proven consulting experience scoping, estimating, and defending engagements with client leadership.

Demonstrated experience creating, not just delivering, an offering, accelerator, framework, methodology, or other capability asset. Candidates should be able to discuss/show their contribution.

Working knowledge of digital experience and UX performance, including Core Web Vitals, RUM, and front-end performance.
-
Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
