Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience leading ERP IT projects, software upgrades, and ERP
• related business system implementation projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC,
• testing, and deployment processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
• environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheets, Excel, Teams, and
• PowerPoint.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with DMSi Agility or similar ERP platform required.
• Experience leading ERP version upgrades, migrations, or
• modernization programs.
• Experience with change management communication and training
• practices.
• Experience supporting distribution, logistics, finance, and operations
• systems.
• PMP certification preferred.
